English Willow

For Grade 1 and Grade 2 English willow bats, the DreamCricket warranty is for one year after the sale and covers genuine manufacturing defects.

Once we have inspected the bat, if we feel that the defect is a manufacturing defect that is covered by our warranty, we will promptly replace it with a bat of comparable quality.

In normal use, superficial face and edge marks along with slight surface cracking will occur for even the best bats. This is to be expected and it does not detract from the performance of the bat. These types of issues will not be covered by warranty.

Other damages, such as splitting of the toe as a result of hitting a yorker, or damage caused by a mistimed shot cannot also be covered by warranty protection.

Finally, any problems arising from poor handling, improper storage, or maintenance cannot be covered by warranty protection (see section on maintenance and storage).
In all cases, our bat specialist will inspect the damage promptly and discuss the problem as well as the best solution with you. Please note that s hipping expenses for all warranty claims will born by the customer and these are not reimbursable.

Kashmir Willow

We currently do not offer a warranty on Kashmir willow products. DreamCricket is not unique in this regard and the reason is pretty simple – our Kashmir willow bats are offered at such a low price that any warranty becomes cost-ineffective for us.

Manufacturing defects not detected by our Quality Control: In the event of an obvious manufacturing defect and when it is evident that the damage is not due to handling issues or poor shot selection, storage or maintenance, we will be inspect the bat and be glad to replace your Kashmir willow bat purchased at DreamCricket with another bat of comparable quality.

Note: In all warranty matters, our bat specialist will make final determination as to whether the warranty will apply. He will discuss the problem with the bat and the best solution with you. Please note that shipping costs related to warranty claims will always be born by the customer when the bat is sent to us. If the warranty is applied, we will ship the bat back to you at our cost.
